Came in town for a funeral. Needed to pick up a suit for my son. Love Men's Wearhouse but this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Nobody helped me. The staff would help customers that came in after me, I know because they were family members who arrived after me. I finally picked out a suit that fit, zero help from anyone. Waited at the register 20 minutes. A line of people waiting to check out was forming. Eventually I begin yelling "hello" around the store and some very impolite person came. I felt like I interrupted him. He wrinkled everything, I eventually told him please don't bag my stuff and I walked out after paying without bags. Good thing my I have tailors in my family so I used the tape measure and fit my son a nice suit.

Got amazing help from Suzy looking for a jacket on such a short notice. She started off by showing me a jacket which I absolutely loved the look and feel. I would have purchased that jacket if it was in my budget. After asking her for a cheaper option she then went on her own to check the clearance for me. She then found another jacket that was well in my budget that I ended up purchasing. She also gave me styling tips as I mentioned I never ever "dress up".

Experienced fast , speedy and great customer service from Latoya. She's definitely a gem to the company, she was able to find me a perfectly fit shirt for my friends wedding within 5 minutes. The shirt fit so good like it was tailored , if you guys shop here ask for her.

Overall positive experience here. Kee was really kind and helpful during our time here. The suits are of good quality and they do check for your size here. Later you can get customed tailored which was great. Inside they have a good variety of suits and there workers here were good.

They have a great variety of dress clothes. My boyfriend loves the wonderful addition to his wardrobe and Dylan did a great job to accommodate us with answers to all of our questions. Friendly staff along with a clean, professional store.

I just got off the phone (called at 1:29 pm) with your female employee that refused to give me her name and said “if you want your refund, you can stop talking to me like that”

How nasty can your employees be?! Retrain or get rid of her.

I was calling to inquire why they charged me $42 for sleeve alteration when the tag at pickup says $32.
She had the nerve to also tell me “it was explained to you that we charge more for outside garment”.
Well if you had explained it, I won’t have called, you terrible person. Stop accusing the customer of lying when it’s your employee that didn’t do her job the first time around.

We have had great experiences every time we shop here. Brian and Zack went above and beyond tonight to help my husband get a proper fitting suit. We got an entire ensemble including shoes, shirt and tie at a great value. We highly recommend!
