Great store clean and organized. Very attentive staff. The issue I have is with the Coach brand. If I am spending 500+ on a bag it should come with a dust bag. If Coach is trying to up their game they should not be skimping on a dust bag.

I love the Coach products however, have had two bad experiences at this store and will not be returning to this location. During my first experience in October I purchased a Soho bag and was in love with it, except for the fact the security scanner was not removed so I had to return to the store because I was setting off alarms. Then on 12/26 I purchased a keychain I had been looking for, a cherry silver charm. I was so excited for it until I got home and they had given me the charm in gold. I called the store to hold the correct one and had to return the following day. Was kind because mistakes happened but definitely frustrated since I had to return to the store. The sales women said there a bunch of new people and they have been busy. She brought out the correct charm and did not rewrap or box it up and practically threw it at me. Felt no remorse for the mistake made and made me feel like I was an inconvenience. Disappointing for a luxury brand to provide anything but a luxury experience.

I usually have a pleasent experience @ Coach Oakbrook. Vicki is My absolute favorite sales associate. DIEGO on the other hand is kinda arrogant and RUDE. He picks and chooses which customers he wants to assist and speak too. CUSTOMER SERVICE will be getting an email/ phone call for the service that I received on 12/12/24. After spending a decent amount of money on 12/9/2024, I was told to return to the store during the week to have a customization done. Long story short they cut the hot stamp machine off during the weekend and i went get it done today. And they told me they only do it the day the bag is purchased. I explained what was told to me and yeah they denied me service. The young African American associate was friendly as well as the other short Caucasian lady. DIEGO AND THE OTHER CAUCASIAN LADY NEED TO BE BACK ROOM WORKERS.

Had a horrible experience at this location. I didn't get the name of the associate but she was very rude and not helpful at all. Went to get my bag monogrammed and buy a tag for one of my bag that fell off she stated they don't do it for free and i must purchase something. Regardless that on everywhere on their website says it is. Another associate named Elidió did end up helping me when i purchased something he was very Pleasant.

Not very friendly or welcoming. Placed my first order for in store pick up yesterday and when I went to pick it up today they basically said I would have to repurchase the same bag so have two credit card authorizations instead of just packing the bag I already purchased. Isn’t that the whole point of ordering ahead? Very off putting and not helpful.
