If I just wanted any regular apartment, I could easily walk into an apartment building and rent an apartment. The point of getting an agent is to have someone help you find a space that is more unique to you and that you could actually really enjoy. Leslie Ludwig is that agent. She had the patience and the insight to understand what I was looking for. She took the time to set up many appointments and go to many areas of the city with me while I searched for and understood what I was looking for. Not only did I get a great apartment to move into, but I also got a great recommendation for a wing spot. I highly recommend Leslie as your agent, and I'll definitely be reaching out again next time I move.

I had a great experience working with Lauren Herskovic at Moda Group to buy my first home. Lauren and team made the process seamless, quickly setting up a detailed search based on my preferences, recommending lenders/attorneys, scheduling tours, and answering any questions I had along the way. I was able to find my dream condo within a month of beginning my search and couldn’t be happier with my new home and how smoothly the process went from start to finish. Moda Group’s expertise, professionalism and promptness were beyond compare and I highly recommend Lauren and team for your real estate needs.

I just recently moved to Chicago and had the pleasure of working with Leslie Ludwig. Leslie was fantastic in helping me find the perfect apartment. She was incredibly knowledgable of all of the neighborhoods that I was interested in. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and I could not have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

Leslie Ludwig was incredible in my apartment hunt this year! She helped me find a great place that matched everything on my wishlist all while staying in my budget. This was only the second time I’ve looked for a new apartment in Chicago and I wish I worked with Leslie the first go around! She was super responsive the entire time, scheduled all showings and even helped me when I had questions during the application process for my now apartment! If you’re looking to make apartment hunting a breeze Leslie is your girl!

My partner and I jumped into looking for a condo with basically no knowledge and Lauren was an absolute lifesaver in every way. She was a true partner in this search. She was always available to answer our questions and was incredibly patient when we changed our minds about so many things. Because of her we found everything we were looking for in a very tough market. And she is funny and nice and easy to talk to. My best advice to anyone trying to find their home in this market is to reach out to Lauren and follow her advice. She and everyone she recommended were the best.
