Horrible HORRIBLE customer service!! I went to the store at 6:40. Found some dresses and was going to the SMALL line for the fitting room and announced on a MEGA-PHONE (what?!?!) that the fitting rooms are closed when there was like 10 people there. so i was trying the dresses on over my clothes and they came over making a whole scene that I couldn’t do that so i just grabbed a dress and went to check out and the were so incredibly rude and unpleasant. didn’t even get the dress cause i can’t return it but i also couldn’t try it on… like seriously.

this store had HORRIBLE customer service. On september 14, around 7pm, The employees were so rude and repeatedly pronounced the fitting rooms were closed an hour and half before the store closed over a MEGAPHONE with an impolite, nasty tone.

We highly recommend shopping here first! The store is well staffed with knowledgeable and helpful ladies. They have every style and color or dresses for any body type and occasion. The prices were very reasonable and even had a rack of dresses for $20!! We definitely will be returning for every occasion we need a dress!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Horrible company. Awful customer service. Bought shoes and and a dress for my daughter’s prom - they didn’t take the security tag off one of the shoes (found out about ten minutes before the event). No phone number to call to sort it out. You guys absolutely suck.

I have always loved this store and I am a fan of shopping but this time I was disappointed from Madison I called to have a $169.90 size S dress reserved for me because the page said there was a size S because there was no size S in Madison I only had sizes M and L, I traveled for 2 hours and 40 minutes round trip after leaving work, I arrived at the Windsor store at 2500 N Mayfair Rd #616, Wauwatosa, WI 53226 and I did not measure it because I trusted that It was size S and they wrote on top of the label that it was size S. When I left the store, the alarm went off because of my bag. The woman checked and said that the alarm went off because of the pearls on the dress and I was confident and didn't check it because they were already closing. the store came back to my house and took it out of my bag to measure it with my sandals and I realized that the large safety pin came on my dress and it had a small original label from the dress that says that the dress is size L LARGE now I don't know what to do, I'm one day away from the wedding I have to attend, I have my bill. I live a long time and I am an hour from the store and when I left the store the woman told me that there are no returns. Now I understand why they told me that there were no returns because it was the last one and they wanted to sell it. Don't be too confident, check what you buy carefully. so that they do not have this bad experience and I have proof of this fraud

I took my two 8th-grade daughters here to get a graduation dress. They have every type of dress you can think of for basically every body shape and every occasion. And they could try on 10 at a time if they wanted. That saved a lot of time. The ladies were very pleasant and helpful.

Very cute and affordable clothes and special occasion dresses for teens and 20somethings. Step daughter got her homecoming dress here. Tons of dresses to choose from. Store was quite busy on Saturday afternoon (there was a line for the dressing room), and there were only 2 employees working, who were total rockstars. They were working their you-know-whats off, and doing it with a smile. Great store.

Customer service!! Usually I always have it good with customer service at stores but yesterday I went in to buy a dress and the employee was rude. She threw my stuff in the bag roughly and then made 3 comments. Horrible.
