Best watch dealer in Europe! Never experienced such customer-oriented service before!
I have bought watches many times and always from a dealer relatively close to me. This was the first time I ordered a watch from another country. Since the offered watch interested me a lot, I contacted Vintage Crown with my questions. The communication was excellent, fast, qualitative answers, polite! When I asked if this watch was really unpolished as advertised, I immediately received an offer to send photos of the corners and edges. Now I have decided to make the purchase. Furthermore, great emphasis is placed on detail here. They also showed with photos that the clasp and the bracelet match the age of the watch, world-class service! The watch was shipped insured by post immediately the next day, and arrived from Naples two days later in northern Germany!! WOW, the watch arrived so quickly!!
Unfortunately the watch got a defection in the movement (hands mechanism), when I tried to use the GMT function. I took the watch to a Rolex authorized dealer, who also confirmed the authenticity of the watch and congratulated me on this watch, as it was in excellent cosmetic condition. However, there is indeed a defect in the movement. So I thought, great, bought it and already arrived defective.
I immediately contacted Vintage Crown and what can I say.
The conversation between Vintage Crown and me was sensational.
They understood the problem very quickly, although they couldn't explain it, and I should send a video of the defect, but they said without hesitation. I should take the watch to a Rolex authorized dealer and we will find a solution!
Not the usual blaming the buyer, etc.
The solution was found and both parties agreed.
Mistakes can happen, that's not a problem, it is more important as a seller, service provider, how to handle complaints. Vintage Crown has proven how it must be done! You can tell Vintage Crown is an excellent watch provider and I have never seen such customer orientation anywhere else! I just can't say it differently and had to write such a text,, so that the service of Vintage Crown is properly appreciated. Buy your watches there!! You are in good hands. I will recommend it to everyone !
