I do like this brand. However, The staffs in this store used their attitude and service persuaded me that I shouldn't spend a cent in this store. Then The Black Friday sales come. Thanks to them! ❤️ for helping me save money.

They are not familiar with the stock. One young female sa showed me wrong things and said no we don't have that color and gone. The other sa tried to pick me up who is kinda nice. But She said order online requires shipping fee. Are you kidding me And I wanted to order there, the other sa who is making the order kept ignoring my questions. I asked how to find the birthday coupon But She looked like she heard nothing. Then I wanted to try another coupon which it has minimum price required which is 2 dollar less, and tried to find something else such as earrings to buy. The lady just stood still, although she didn't hear my question clearly, she didn't want to even move one step closer.‍♀️
Fine. I changed my mind. Feeling so unpleasant to shop here. I even carried a Tory Burch tote bag that day. Can't believe how passive aggressive they are. They seem not want to sell products. I decide to purchase online instead? Thank you

When we went in, two employees were sitting on the table in the center blocking the bags and chatting. Even as we reached behind them to look at the bags, they did not move. No acknowledgements were made to us as we shopped and we were not offered any assistance. Completely discouraged us from making a purchase.

Quality of material is poor. Just got it for Christmas. And I have only used it a couple of times. Like for fine dining ect. The color came off .

The staff in the store is so rude and arrogant. They dont know anything about in person sales. I have a discount code and Rosie denied to give any discount first and didnt inform me about first time buyers discount being aware about the first time purchase. Rosie completely denied to give me any discount first.Finally agreed but told the sale as final which online shows me 30 days valid return . Very pathetic experience !

Unfortunately, terrible staff and even manager was talking about customers asking a lot of questions. Are you kidding me? Why are you in sales if you can’t answer customers questions? Terrible training and I would never come to this location anymore.

I walked into the store to exchange a shoes I bought online, the lady helping me was so rude started making faces and said they don’t have it in store I said oh okay that’s fine I’ll exchange with one online she then goes okay I’m gonna go inside for 5 mins I’ll be back. I was thinking she will go put the shoes in the back and come back to confirm the purchase with me she instead orders it without asking me if the address is good. Anyways she shipped it to the wrong address and when I told her she goes oh well you can’t do anything. I left the store and contacted customer service by text and it was very fast and helpful they changed my address quickly she could have told me that. She ruined my mood I didn’t wanna shop anymore I will never shop at that store again I will continue to do everything online.
