Tags boutique has horrible customer service and lacks communication. It took me over 5 days for them to return an email. They only returned and email because I fought the charges with my bank. They told my bank I was not communicating with them. I was communicating via email not on the phone. I need everything documented. They also lied to the bank to get money back. They told the bank I received the items and they would give me a refund when I returned the merchandise. This was never the case. I have an email from them stating that they would refund me without returning the merchandise as long as I dropped my claim with the bank. I never received my order and sent an email that I never received even though there side showed it received. I emailed them asking if they requested a signature upon delivery and they never got back with me.

Do not shop here it’s a waste of time and they are very unprofessional. You can get the same merchandise elsewhere.

I noticed you have plus sizes 14-18. Can we see women that are full figured featured on your website rather than the same pretty petite woman modeling all of your wardrobes .Woman that are plus size or curvy like to see how your line of clothes fit the curves of a plus size woman. It's not pleasing to see a petite woman rock a plus size outfit.

We have curves and like to get an idea of how it might look on us, but we know it will not make us look as small as your model look .It's the same model with the same body type wearing your beautiful line of clothing.Can you show us real plus size models of different cultures and body types wearing your clothing? It's so many beautiful woman with exceptional curves that dont get to see many celebrities showing us how their clothing line cater to plus size women that wear 12 and up clothing size; even different race and cultures. There are at least 75% of us shopping online or visiting stores that weigh over 170lbs that are confident about their size, but designers always show models between sizes 0 to 10. Your clothes are beautiful and sexy,. So many of us shoppers will not look 30lbs lighter buying the clothes your petite model wears.

After watching employees from the popcorn fight outside, I was able to enter the store. After two minutes of being in there, I was told by a lady they are closed. A gentle who appears to run the whole block asked the lady was it 5:30, she replied no but we done for today. It was looked at my phone and it was 5:07. She was rude and unprofessional. I can't comment on the merchandise because I wasn't able to look around .

After eating in OLG, we decided to check out TAGS. Well, once inside I noticed the prices which I feel was a bit high and ive seen a lot of the merchandise online for a cheaper price. Ended up buying 5 tee-shirt that cost me about $160. I was disappointed at the bag my merchandise was in. With the cost of items, the bags should look better.

Very cute clothes. However, I drove 2hrs to this store and even though Google states the store hours it’s closed. There was not any sign in the window to say when or if they’ll reopen today. I usually don’t do reviews but I had to because I wasted time and gas unintentionally due to the store really not being open.

To my surprise, this store didn’t seem to have clothes for the full figure women. The racks were scarce, the register area was messy and unpleasant to look at considering it is a boutique. I did purchase a nice pair of sunglasses.

Drove 45 minutes to go to Tags Boutique and they were closed. Very Disappointed because I was looking forward to shopping there, and online say’s they are open. Not sure how to know if they’re open or closed the store posts hours of operation online however it is not accurate or up-to-date you could try and call however if someone doesn’t pick up the call that does not mean they’re open or closed hopefully they update the hours on the site so customers have a way to find out if they’re open. This drive down was a waste of gas because they’re closed .
