Look for Isaac when you come to Roberts! He will treat you like a longtime family friend with the utmost care and service. He is the absolute best and the heart and soul of his father’s tailor shop. I have been a customer of Robert’s Suit Shop for years and love coming in to get a new flashy suit every couple of years. Not only do they have a great inventory of ready-to-purchase suits, but they are also very affordable and definitely cheaper than renting a suit from Friar Tux. When it comes to getting a custom-made suit, it may cost twice as much as getting one from Indochino but it will be much better quality than a cheap suit that gets quickly sewn in China and shipped to your door smelling like factory chemicals.

Earlier this year I got married, and from the very start of wedding planning, I knew exactly where I wanted to get a suit for myself and my groomsmen. Initially, my fiancée and I went into the shop and Isaac showed us the ready-to-purchase suits they had in inventory, but when we noticed a gorgeous, shiny, custom-made suit on display we knew we had to go that route. Excitedly, we made an appointment for later that week to sit down with Isaac and design my suit. I can confidently say that the three-piece suit they made for me is the most spectacular suit I have ever owned or seen any of my friends own. We picked every little detail you could think of and more! From the style of stitching to the number of pockets, the colors and textures of the suit inside and out, and, of course, the stitched engraving of my name on the inside of the suit and the wedding date on the collar. We told my parents about our experience, and they asked if he could also make a custom suit for my dad. They repeated the same process and absolutely loved the suit he made for my dad as well.

Lastly, Isaac did a fantastic job getting my groomsmen suited up. He did an excellent job in nailing the measurements for all five, even though one lived in another state and had to send his measurements via email. While he could have pushed for making them custom suits as well, he advised the best and most affordable course of action would be to order five suits of the same color from wherever he gets the ready-to-purchase suits and make small alterations to fit each of my groomsmen. Truly an honest businessman and a skilled tailor.

I could not recommend this local business enough and will continue to send people to Robert’s for the years to come. Isaac is truly a spectacular tailor with impeccable taste and the friendliest service you could ask for.

P.S. Once my custom suit was finished, I came in for an initial fitting and left my suit on the rack by the changing rooms and mirrors once I was done. At my next fitting, Isaac told me that multiple different customers had come in later that day, and my suit had caught their attention and had them asking if they could also get that exact same suit. He just chuckled and explained to them that it wasn’t for sale but that he’d be happy to walk them through the process of making their own custom suit.

Lovely place! We were visiting from out of town when my husband’s suit was ruined. We had only hours before the important evening event we had to attend. Isaac quickly and efficiently found a similar suit that matched his measurements, hemmed the pants and got me back out the door in less than half an hour. It was amazing. Top notch customer service from first panicked call to handing off the new suit. The suit itself is nice quality and a very reasonable price. While I was there, several men came in and picked up their orders and all of them were happy with their new suits and tailoring, too. I wish I could transport Robert’s back home with me! Highly recommend!

I bought a suit here and paid for tailoring. When I came to pick it up, the suit had gained stains on the shoulder; a small white one and a large dark one. They acted like it wasn't an issue and offered to dry clean it. Before picking it up the second time, I asked how it looked and was told it was good as new (which is was when I bought it). I drove down there to get it, only to find new stains. I immediately asked for a refund and will not shop there again. The only reason this is a 2 star and not a 1, is because the younger staff that worked there seemed to understand my frustration and gave me a refund.

Isaac is super helpful and nice. Treated me (the groom) great for my custom suit. He also put together a nice set of suits for my groomsmen that were very affordable (about the same price as renting a suit these days).

The reason I have four stars instead of five, is just because of the unhelpful employee that is there. The woman is very disagreeable and unhelpful. She never was able to help me a single time without going to ask for help from someone else. My pants were a little shorter than I’d normally like, but I told her everything was fine just so I wouldn’t have to go back again.

This is a long time coming but I have absolutely nothing but glowing things to say about this shop and it’s employees! I first came to this tailor years ago with a store bought suit that needed to be hemmed a week before a wedding. At the last minute I also asked to hem the shirt I would wear as well. There were zero complaints about the last minute additions and they made subtle yet fantastic suggestions for how the suit should fit. This suit became my favorite suit for years. Since then, I have bought the suit I was married in here as well as had every suit I wear by to these guys and I have yet to be disappointed. I would say their selection of suits can be hit or miss quality wise (although I would admit to looking at lower priced items) but even that would be a lie as I still have the suits I’ve bought from Robert’s and have yet to have any issues that weren’t related to me getting fat lol I would recommend this business to any man looking for someone to help establish a style for there specific body type.

The staff here is very knowledgeable about the suit game, and are very attentive to every cutomer. Nice variety of suites, and competitive prices. I'm 6'2 and weight about 270lb and always have issues wit sizing. I was able to get fitted into my suit. It was my first stop in my suit search, and am glad I did.
