Maritza turned my simple dress into a wedding gown!! She’s a talented F.I.T. trained fashion designer who loves bridal projects. My wedding was in two weeks (a tall order!) and she completely altered the length of the heavy three layer train, created a bustle with hidden attachments to hold the train up on its own for dancing, adjusted the strap, created a drape and beautiful beaded covered buttons. She went above and beyond and the details, fabric matching are beautiful. Since she’s also a designer, she was able to make aesthetic decisions that most tailors wouldn’t delve into. I can’t wait to work with her again!

You'll have to ask Maritza for the before pictures, but she completely transformed this dress. She took this from a size four, lace around the neck, button up back, with 20 year old mystery stains and created the beautiful size 12 corset back dress in these pictures. The original dress was gifted from my aunt, whose reaction was captured by our wonderful photographer. Maritza made me feel like family anytime I walked into her shop. She's pure passion and a total perfectionist and it shows in everything she does. I could go on and on about what she did for me, this dress, and my bridesmaids. I asked for a miracle and she more than delivered. If you have an item that you need tailored or custom made, I wouldn't look any further.

Martiza is amazing!!! I walked in with my wedding dress very nervous to have it altered. We worked many hours together diligently as my dress had several layers and was very complex. Her attention to detail is like NO other. She fixed the shoulders on my dress several times so it was just right. I was nervous I wouldn’t be able to dance - she measured my dress to a fraction of an inch and I was able to glide across the floor all night. She applied 11 bustles to my dress (all covered with lace so they were not visible) which created a beautiful new design. She even applied a layer of lace to the layers underneath making every detail beautiful. If you are a bride in need of alterations she is your woman!! I would trust her to work on any dress I own.

Wow! Maritza is a spirited professional who knows all aspects of design and customer service. She treats customer dresses as she would a child. I came to her two weeks before a wedding needing my bridesmaid dress hemmed. She spoke honestly about my options and suggested the least expensive for my benefit. Instead of hemming she created a gorgeous button pin up that enhanced the design of my dress. She told me my dress would be ready by the 15th and it was ready today, the 10th. I am so pleased with Maritza, her work and ethic and honesty. She is as delightful to work with as she is talented and I can’t wait to come again!

I walked in with my work uniform that needed to be fitted. She was amazing from the moment I walked though her door. She fitted my uniform and made sure I was ok with everything she was going to do to the shirts. She is very adorable, efficient and professional. The uniform was ready for pick up within a reasonable time. The alters to the uniform came out amazing. Great work quality. Definitely will recommend her to anyone I know and I will be a returning customer!

Maritza was amazing! I had a last minute alteration for a sweet 16 party my daughter was walking in, and not only did she make the dress look perfect in a short amount of time, but she made my daughter completely happy!! That’s priceless. Great work and made us feel like family throughout the whole process! Thank you Maritza!!
