I ordered a pair of shoes online that ended up being too tight so I came here to return them and try other styles on. I was only half successful with this endeavor. The customer service agent at the check out desk was very friendly but the selection of shoes was sorely lacking. Shelves were bare and there was a limited selection of shoes. The entire department was depressing to even shop in. The displays were uninspirational, and I left empty handed.

I love shopping at Macy's, but I wish they wouldn't use so many scents in the store. It made it really hard to smell the perfume I was interested in, FAME. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get a clear sense of its scent, and they didn’t have any samples or purse-sized sprays available. I wasn’t about to spend hundreds on a perfume I couldn’t smell.

That said, the Carolina Herrera rep was amazing! I believe her name was Clara? She was so helpful and kind that I ended up buying Good Girl, a perfume I already know and love. You can never have too much of a good thing, right? Thanks to her great service, I still left happy. I also picked up some Xmas gifts but the store didn't have any boxes. That was disappointing especially since it's Christmas time. They had plenty for sale but none to give away. I just wanted a plain box that says macys.

I was walking by and got pulled in by a vendor to check out his seasalt hand scrub, at first I was unsure but when he put a scoop of seasalt and water in my hands to scrub with and I finished rinsing, let me tell you this stuff is legit! My hands felt really soft and clean. At first I couldn't put my words together on how clean it was until I was told it cleans off dead skin cells and that's exactly what it was!! I also got the after care cream and that's just the cherry on top of the combo I purchase. It truly makes me feel like I'm doing self care with the best product out there. I can't wait to get this stuff on my feet and feel the diffrence!

If you are looking for employment PLEASE run this is not the place you would want to work at. The employees are treated poorly and the only thing this company cares about is getting credits to keep this store open. They will adjust your pay at anytime and make scheduling changes in less than 24 hours with no acknowledgment what so ever and then it will count against your reliability.

I just bought a couch from here and I couldn't be happier with my experience! John from the furniture department was fantastic, his friendly demeanor and excellent communication made the process so smooth. I appreciate him taking good care of the couch until I was able to have someone pick it up.

Very dirty carpet and trashed furniture by the fitting rooms. The JCPenney and Dillard’s are much better kept up.

Overpowering perfume attack. They came at me like they were going to tackle me! Say no thank you, and they spray it in your walking path. I you are sensitive to strong smells, do not enter this place, especially on Sunday! They do have a nice selection of ladies purses though!

Priscilla at the Lancome section is the reason for this 5 star review. Her knowledge of Lancome products is excellent. She was very helpful, has a great smile and is an extraordinary employee. I thank her for assisting me today with my wife's Christmas gift.
