Maria was very sweet and helpful when we went to shop. I even asked her what days she’s their so we can go when she’s working. Any other time we went in others wasn’t as nice as she is. I appreciate all the help while I was looking for a dress for my daughters special day. Great customer service. I wish I can give 10 stars. I can’t express enough with the wonderful service. I went in today to make a return, I was unaware they didn’t do cash back which was fine. However I am not one to complain, but today alike the day when I made my purchase the store associate talked to me with such sass and even insulting sarcasm. It’s a bit rude and uncomfortable when you are clearly trying
to be polite and helpful with what you can and people are rude. I work serving people, and I understand sometimes you’re not in the mood but you should never even as just a regular costumer speak so rudely and with such disrespect and pride. Humble yourself.

The cashier had no customer service. We were waiting for our turn in line behind the lady she was helping and she rudely commanded us to move to the other register. She was the only cashier so it made no sense that we needed to move out of line. Another couple of customers asked us if we were in line and we said yes and they asked why were we on the wrong side of the counter. I told them she said we need to go over here. They said there’s no ringing anyone up over here. We said we realized that. The cashier said next and then just rang us up. She wasn’t pleasant or apologetic for her behavior. Just super rude. I won’t go into a store where they are rude again.

I had my worst expirence today. My daughter shops her very often and today may be her last day. The sales person was so annoyed that there was a long line waiting on her that she kept making errors and getting more flustered. I went up to counter with my online returns, my daughter double ordered. I was greeted with unfriendliness. When7 I tried to explain that my daughter double ordered in error she interrupted me. When I asked to speak to manager to make a complaint, she said with a smurk, good luck I am the store manager. Store manager Leticia lacks customer service skills and I honestly don't see how she is the store manager. The store was disorganized and was very dysfunctional. I will detour my daughter from shopping at this store until this matter is fixed.

Do not shop here! For one they have the worst customer service ever and what really turned me away from this company is the return policy along with the cheaply made clothes. I purchased a pair of slacks for work and the first day I wore them they ripped. I called the store and spoke to an employee who said there was nothing I could do because I didn't have the tags attached and receipt. I wrote customer service twice, the first time they never responded and the second time the lady again said there is nothing they can do. I will never shop here again and I will make sure everyone I know doesn't as well!

They messed up on my order and had sent out me someone else order. Idk how that happen but I had ship it back within that following week.. when I call customer service they told since it was their mistake n that they will refund me my full amount. 2 months later and they only gave me half of my money because the other half was supposedly to cover the shipping I been going back n fourth calling them to get my fully return. Explaining the same story of how the screw up my order!!.. No sign of deposit yet till this day.. First and definitely the last time I'm ordering from them! ?

Took my daughter to get some clothes. The prices were good.and staff friendly but they have this alarm that never stops I feel sorry for the workers . I won't be back because of how loud it is
