Waited outside for 90 mins (front of line) for Pokémon card release when I was told they would be put out that day.

Only for them to sell all stock online!!!!!!

No employees told us until 5 minutes before the store opened.

I specifically scheduled a hardware repair online for my laptop due to it having keyboard problems. When I got there, Geek Squad would not recognize that I came in for repair and said they couldn’t do any of that for me, they could only diagnose the issue. They’d have to keep it for a few days until their diagnosis person was there. I paid $99.99 for that inspection, went home just to be called immediately as I returned home and be told that they couldn’t figure anything out, so I got no help or even clues other than “maybe it’s a hardware issue.”

Worst of all, I received my laptop back in worse condition than it was in prior to them handling it. No physical damage on the outside, but the issue I was having with my keyboard occasionally not working has now turned into it totally failing, and my screen flashes black when I sign in, something that has never happened before. I don’t know what they did to it during their tests as none of that detail was written on paper, so I don’t know what other tests to look for to find and fix the problem, and now I have more problems to figure out and pay for thanks to Geek Squad.

We wanted to give a local store versus Amazon our business. We went into this store to buy an outdoor full sun TV. Sales helped us confirm what we needed and ordered. This included a sound bar. Geek squad came out to install and after opening the TV asked us if we realized it was partial sun, not full sun. That was a surprise to us and so it had to be returned and replaced (including a large additional spend). That was about a month and then geek squad came back out to install. They struggled to get the sound bar working but felt like they had. We were never able to get the sound bar to work. We had geek squad come back out to address but they determined that the sound bar was bad. They said they could do nothing else and needed management to call us. We’re about another month later and have no resolution. We went to the store but were told we needed to wait until someone called us. Today I called the service number and was routed no less than nine times and on the phone for 46 minutes constantly giving my phone number and email address. The last individual I was working with I got disconnected from from their end. No one called me back even though they have my number. Her last suggestion before disconnection was to go back to the store. I am in a merry-go-round with no resolution. This definitely made me realize I will not buy from this store again.

Went in there to get some cheap car speakers and have a warranty issue fixed on my phones screen protector. All the staff I interacted with were very nice and helpful. They replaced my warrantied screen protector with no questions asked and were happy to do so.

Wow.

I bought a monitor at the suggestion of an employee and quickly realized it wasn't exactly what I was looking for. I went into the store to exchange it for another and the man at the front desk told me if I signed up for the Best Buy membership, I would get $100 back in credit that I could put towards the new monitor I picked out. I paid for the membership plus the monitor and then the man proceeded to tell me that he could not put any extra credit towards the monitor I just bought.

So now I'm out $50 for a useless membership that I won't use and the website won't let me cancel it. Meanwhile I've tried to call all day and have not been able to talk to a single human being. Each time I was greeted with automated messages and eventually told that I should call back during store hours even though I called during store hours... won't be coming back and do not recommend this location
