Called in here last minute before a gig at the wardrobe. The staff were very friendly and although all the tables were full, made room for us to sit in the window seating to enjoy our dinner. The food was gorgeous, very tasty, decent sized portions. Everything tasted homemade and well thought out, pasta was fresh and cooked to perfection and the sauces were delicious.
I am not sure how often dishes change but I had a lamb ragu dish which I really enjoyed, my friend had a gnocchi which again she thought was gorgeous.

I was craving some authentic Italian Pasta and after a lot of browsing, came across this wonderful restaurant. Nestled in a cosy corner near Leeds bus station, this place is a gem for all pasta lovers.

Honestly, we made a reservation at the last minute and though we ended up arriving a bit early, we were seated right away.
The Arancini, we ordered was delicious and so was the Fettuccine pasta with wild mushrooms. We got a seat adjacent to the window and enjoyed our meal whilst watching the moving traffic on a Sunday afternoon.

Would like to try the other items on the menu on my next visit.

Pasta was incredible, I like how many of the flavours are not typically what you’d find. I’ve been here three times over the past few months, ordering different things every time and it has always been nothing short of a delight. I have recommended many people here and they have all loved Sarto’s. The staff are all lovely as well.

Was here for a quick lunch and was very happy with my time here. Food was really delicious, fresh, flavourful and just the right size portion wise.

We recently dined at a delightful Italian restaurant. The food was not only nice but absolutely delicious, with authentic flavours that transported us to Italy. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, creating the perfect setting for a memorable dining experience. Great for date night or family catch up. The service was exceptional, with attentive staff.

One thing to note is that booking a table in advance is highly recommended to avoid any disappointment, as this place tends to get quite busy.

If you plan on dining indoors, especially in the afternoon, be prepared for potentially high temperatures. If you're sensitive to heat, it might be more comfortable to request a table at the back of the restaurant.

I’d recommend the rigatoni with lamb shoulder sugo for refreshing and salty taste, and campanelle with cauliflower & truffle purée for creamy, less salty taste

Really lovely fresh meal, great portion sizes and decent prices. Atmosphere isn’t quite as cosy as what we were after, but certainly a nice interior. Staff were nice, but not super attentive - felt a little bit rushed rather than a nice sit-down meal.

Sarto has a very classy and welcoming vibe.
The food was top notch and the service was impeccable.
We tried the fettuccini in chicken broth and the radiatory with sun dried tomatoes and pesto for mains. Both were fantastic to taste and great portion for a main. The focaccia with olive oil and balsamic was amazing too!
As a pasta lover, I’ll be back to try the other menu variations:)
