The people that work there are definitely new. They do not know how to do their job. They act like it's the end of the world, If you try to return something within their return policy very disappointed in the store manager Julie and the associate Kelsie they didn't help nor did they care to help. Definitely won't be shopping at Torrid ever again but definitely not this store. Zero stars if I could!

The worst store ever. I went to this store yesterday thinking I could return some items 2 didn’t get returned and I could understand the other one but the dress should’ve been returned because one the dress did not fit me and even though the tags were off because I tried it over my clothes because I have a habit of doing that it they couldn’t return it. They said oh no you ruined it because of some off strings or whatever made up some excuse for me not returning it. I said well what am I supposed to do with a dress that doesn’t fit me they told don’t know don’t care but I couldn’t return it!! Just remember if you order something from online order the right size or order a size up because if you try it on at home they won’t let you return it!! And the manager and employee there are the rudest the manager was extremely rude and so was the employee and yes I did get uppity with them because they were rude and had the worst attitude I did apologize for my behavior and everything and they didn’t Active knowledge to my apology but had the audacity to talk and laugh about me thinking that I didn’t hear them as I was walking out the store!! NEVER NEVER NEVER EVER WILL I COME BACK TO THIS STORE AGAIN!!!

The store Itself is nice, but the employees rude as soon as we walked in nobody greeted us. Nobody asked if they could help us Walking around looking for a dress, you could see that I didn't know where things were and still nobody offered to help. I had a handful of items. No one offered to get me dressing room started just overall not helpful. Not what I'm used to when I walk into a torrid store

I recently visited and found some great finds. However, this review could have been 5 stars if they had turned their A/C on or something. Within 10 minutes of shopping, I was breaking a sweat. I have never been so hot in a Torrid. It made the customer experience not so great, and I left sooner than I would have liked just to cool down and get some fresh air. I can't imagine using the dressing room like that...

I left his store absolutely love the clothes. You could not beat the fit and they have pretty much anything that appeals to every different style a person can have. I have to say that these associates in the store are very helpful all the time especially Sam she is just awesome!!!! The store is always neat and clean everything is easy to navigate and find also they make sure to take care of you until you walk out the door.

They had 70% off extra on clearance rack and wasn't told till I paid and my bill was 3.52 she said it's oh yeaa it's 70%off I was like you bishhhhh just left and they lost a loyal customer
