Yesterday I purchased a ring on sale in my nearest H. Samuel’s which caught my eye .Unfortunately it was a size too small therefore Leila (salesperson) ordered my size to be delivered to store in the next few days & I would travel from home (60 miles round trip) to collect.Later last night I discovered ,while looking at the ring online that there was a further 15% off with free delivery if ordered online saving a further £200 plus. Back to store today I went and was served again by Leila.
Leila refunded the 15% and offered to post the ring to me after it arrives in store - she could not have been more helpful and lovely. If I had ordered online to start with I would not have had the pleasure of dealing with Leila so it’s a win win on my part. Thankyou Leila. ? VERY Happy Customer X

Brilliant service from Kathleen.
Kathleen was friendly and very patient with me whilst I was taking time deciding on what ring I wanted. She was also very knowledgeable about the various rings and her suggestions were welcomed and aided in my choice of ring which I absolutely love.

I needed to replace my solar powered Seiko watch which had suddenly failed the day before. The sales person "Erin" was extremely helpful in choosing a replacement automatic Seiko watch that was under special promotion, adjusted the strap by removing several links, and arranged for my existing watch to be sent off for repair. This was excellent service and completely satisfied my requirements.

Wonderful service and Vicky is a gem. My 10 yo daughter wanted her ears pierced and Vicky has been so patient and reassuring with her. She took the time needed. Procedure is super clean and quick and you are left with all instructions for the cleaning the following days. Good choice of studs too. Highly recommended. Thanks again Vicky!

I went in to get a promise ring for my fiancée and kind of was confused and overwhelmed with the whole thing when I was attended to by Leila. She was not only patient, but her jolly and upbeat mannerisms just put me at ease and helped me get the ring that's perfect for my fiancée. Definitely going to be a repeat customer here. Thank you H.
