I had my wedding ring stones (purchased elsewhere) removed from their old setting and re-set into a custom designed, non-prong setting for durability reasons. They were kind, helpful and the design they created after seeking my input was PERFECT. I love my new ring. It was made quickly and for a very fair price. They even threw in a replacement marquis stone for the one if lost from the old setting to make it "even"! Consummate professionals. I highly and unreservedly recommend them.

Roberto is always so welcoming, it doesn’t matter if he’s busy doing something and someone is already helping you, he takes a moment to come say hello and conversate with you. He’s super patient with my always indecisive self. He’s honest with his prices which are very reasonable for the quality he creates. I love that I discovered this long established family hidden gem.

Brought my wedding band and grandmother cocktail ring in to dipped in gold and resized. The gentleman that helped was very nice and service was great. It took less than a week to get my rings back and they look beautiful.

Took my watch to Roberto's for repair and they were able to do so I really doubted they would be able to, at a reasonable cost they weren't sure either but they did and it is and old watch so kudos. They have very good service and honest to the customer I would deffinately use them again and highly recommend them to all.
